Spiderweb Cheesecake Bites

Creamy mini Halloween cheesecakes with buttery graham cracker crusts and chocolate spiderweb decorations. Easy to make in a mini muffin pan.

Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Spiderweb Topping
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a 24-cup mini muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press approximately 1 teaspoon of the mixture into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the prepared muffin cups, filling almost to the top.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag with a small opening.
  7. Pipe 2–3 thin concentric circles onto each cheesecake.
  8. Drag a toothpick gently from the center outward through the circles to create a spiderweb pattern.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers wobble slightly.
  10. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
