Ingredients
Method
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips, and creamy peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir thoroughly.
- Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into 16–20 squares.
- Serve chilled or store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use sweetened condensed milk rather than evaporated milk. Avoid overheating the peanut butter chips. Regular creamy peanut butter gives the most consistent texture.
Storage: Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2–3 months.
